The ENPI mid-term review

The European Commission is currently carrying out the mid-term review of ENPI programming documents and preparing the new Indicative Programmes (2011-2013), ie. identifying priorities for EC funding to neighbouring countries for the next years. Civil Society Organisations have a crucial role to play in providing input and ensuring that the final decisions that are made are the right ones for these countries. Besides holding consultations with civil society organizations, EC Delegations have been required to post the initial concept note for the new indicative programme on their websites (April 2009).
