EU renews trade preferences for Balkan countries -

The EU decided on Friday (December 30th) to renew trade preferences for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo until 2015. The preferences, which expired at the end of December 2010, will allow duty-free access of nearly all products from the region to the bloc. All exporters will be able to claim compensation for the duties they paid in 2011.

  1. La rédaction du Programme d'Action Annuel (en avril de chaque année)
  2. Le contrôle de la mise en oeuvre de l'IEPV (processus en cours)
  3. La révision à mi-parcours du Document Stratégique par Pays (2009)

Les étapes suivantes peuvent être considérées au niveau national:

  1. Contacter la Délégation de la Commission Européenne et le Coordinateur National et demander des informations sur le processus de programmation dans la région et dans le pays, ainsi que des documents importants.

  2. Lire et analyser le Document de Stratégie par Pays (DSP) et le Programme Indicatif National (PIN), pour par exemple revoir le DSP sous l'angle des obligations mentionnées dans le Cadre Commun des Documents Stratégiques par Pays et dans Les engagements politiques de la CE

  3. Faire des questions, des propositions et des commentaires par pays/région

  4. Découvrir les projets des autres organisations de la société civiles, en  retirer des idées et si c'est possible, établir une collaboration.

  5. Demander une réunion ouverte avec la Délégation de la Commission Européenne et les autres ONG.

  6. Apporter le rapport du séminaire et exposer les conclusions durant le meeting avec la délégation

  7. Présenter vos recommandations pour les inétgrer dans le Programme d'Action Annuel (avril de chaque année)

  8. Formuler des propositions pour une implication à long terme dans le contrôle.

  9. Discuter avec la délégation des opportunités d'être impliqué régulièrement

  10. Envoyer vos commentaires sur les PAA et les conclusions de votre meeting avec la délégation européenne et/ou votre gouvernement afin que nous puissions les mettre en ligne sur ce site.
